Selecting a package

Each option is a separate model or package, not a set of all four fountains. Some supplier option names include “4Chips,” “6Chips” or “8Chips.” The contents and quantities represented by these labels have not been confirmed; please contact us before ordering one of these packages.

Care and setup

Check water levels daily, refresh the water regularly and clean the fountain according to the supplied instructions. Confirm filter compatibility and the required power setup for your selected model. Wireless charging does not by itself confirm battery-powered operation away from the base. Do not rely on the fountain as a substitute for daily pet care.
